NEWS: The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday morning announced the following certiorari grants — new cases it will review — out of the long conference, where justices consider the large group of requests brought to the court over the summer.
The grants include a question in Wolford v. Lopez, a case challenging Hawaii's gun restrictions. The justices will be considering the constitutionality of a provision that bar guns from private spaces open to the public unless the owner expressly allows guns.
