Another ruling enjoining a drag ban:

Senior US District Judge David Nuffer, an Obama appointee, ruled late Friday night against a Utah city's actions denying a permit for a drag show: "[J]ust as we enjoy and prize our rights, we must value and respect the rights of others. This case presents an opportunity for our recommitment.”

FIRE’s Adam Steinbaugh summed up the 60-page ruling: “Federal court in Utah rules that drag shows are protected by the First Amendment, orders City of St. George to issue permit.”
