BREAKING: Following Law Dork's request to intervene in ongoing refugee-related litigation on Tuesday, the court in U.H.A. v. Bondi on Thursday lifted the sealing requirement for documents that the Trump administration has been ordered to submit in the case, including a key ICE rescission memo relating to 8 USC 1159.
Lifting the sealing requirement was Law Dork’s third request on Tuesday. The other requests for docket access and a public access line for hearings, in addition to Law Dork’s intervention itself, remain pending.
