NEWS: Earlier today, U.S. District Judge Liles Burke ordered all 11 of the lawyers with “show cause” hearings scheduled for next week in the Alabama judge-shopping investigation to turn over more documents — including "public emails," whatever that means — days before the hearings are to start.

Burke also denied, for a second time, multiple requests to have expert testimony submitted on ethics — in response, recall, to a two-year inquiry that lacked procedural safeguards because the judges conducting it said it was “not adversarial.”
