NEWS: Politico’s Kyle Cheney reports that "[a] federal judge in Georgia has thrown out the RNC's claim that Georgia counties broke the law by accepting absentee ballots over the weekend."
The judge was U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker, a Trump appointee, and he had harsh words for the Republican National Committee on Tuesday.
“Baker shred[ded] the RNC for what he says was a cynical attempt to invalidate votes only in Democratic counties even though other counties were able to use the same procedures. Doing what the party wanted would violate state law, the constitution and ‘my oath,’ Baker said,” Cheney reported.
