BREAKING: The Trump administration tells agency and department heads that they must implement an anti-trans bathroom ban and "terminate" any “programs, contracts, and grants” that "promote or inculcate gender ideology" by 5 p.m. Friday, among other steps.

The “initial guidance” comes from Chuck Ezell, acting director of the Office of Personnel Management, and purports to implement President Donald Trump’s anti-transgender “sex” definition order signed on January 20, 2025.
