AI will cause a lot of pain to people whose jobs are obsoleted, but the root cause is being in a job where you can be obsoleted by a machine. It's not someone's fault they were told to get a degree and go into debt, work for a soulless corporation that will replace them en masse, but the sooner people can find ways to add value in a manner that machines can't, the better.
