This is a beautiful piece about friendship, and in particular the friendship between single/childless people and those with partners and/or families.

I don’t have children and got married for the first time when I was 57. I used to hate the feeling of being relegated to weekday evenings while people reserved their “real time” for the sacred space of their families.
