March 30th Prayer for Substack Community:

And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,

(His favorable countenance, and gracious influence, and glorious presence).

and establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands (Psalm 90:17).

Heavenly Father, I lift up to you this morning my followers and the entire faith-filled Substack community. As Moses prayed that You would work with man, I ask that You would permit us to be Your servants in what we write and share and how we live.

As Charles Spurgeon has said, “Good men are anxious not to work in vain. They know that without the Lord they can do nothing, and therefore they cry to him for help in the work, for acceptance of their efforts, and for the establishment of their designs.”  

O Lord, our work without You has little impact. Let this work of ours be of eternal value. Let it draw others to Christ, edify and exhort the body of believers and strengthen our own faith and trust in You. In Jesus’ mighty name.
