The shallowness and superficiality in the middle and upper classes is hard to imagine here. The traditional Vietnamese music is being driven out by pop, truly terrible pop; the western stuff is crap nobody over 14 in the USA would listen to, but it's still better than the Vietnamese pop, where all melodies are arpeggios and all tonality is tonic-dominant.

Dark skin is so deprecated that it eliminates any employment above labor.
