There's definitely a lesson to be learned in Alysa Liu’s skating story through this Olympics. At such a young age she's learned the wisdom of detachment in a way that many older people haven't even grasped. As a result you could see the joy and lightness in her performances. And she ended up taking home the gold anyway.
