The Aminus3 Photography prompt this week is “Favorite” photo of 2025. This was fun in that it caused me to look back at all the photos I’ve taken. Since we go to a lot of events, music, and travel with Life In Michigan — I’ve got a ton of photos from 2025 and many of them I love. In the end, I’m going with this one. There is something joyous about it for me. My wife, Brenda, can tell you that I often give our backyard friends voices and thoughts. I imagine this guy just vocalizing the joy of life “LA LA LA LA LAAAAAA” while raising a wing. Cheers to everyone’s new year. I hope each day brings you joy
