Here's a confession from someone who writes about AI weekly:

Writing my sermons slowly teaches me what I believe. Researching slowly helps me retain more and better absorb the lessons I have uncovered.

AI can help me produce more but producing more doesn't make me a better pastor.

Sometimes the inefficiency is the point.

My people want to connect with me, not an AI or an AI augmented me.
