Tuesday Tips - Make lentil crunchies for topping salads, dips or just to snack.

Soak brown lentils or split yellow moong dal for 4-5 hours. Drain the water and massage the lentils dry in a kitchen towel. Spread them on a sheet pan, pour a generous helping of olive oil, with preferred amount of salt, red chile powder and lime juice or amchoor powder. Bake at 250 degrees F for 15-20 min. Stir once or twice in between. These homemade crunchy bites are divine.
