We will never see justice as long as our justice system is being used to protect these evil people. I did a deep dive and uncovered why no new investigations or charges in the US even as we see international charges and investigations open. I am sharing this to help spread awareness. THIS IS A COVER UP PROTECTING THE WORST OF THE WORST. Please take a moment to research this. We need to make this blow up in their faces. They are deliberately tip toeing around this to avoid accountability of the deal they made.

This is why America is not bringing any new charges and why they are scared to release all of the files, especially those with dead children. Foreign countries have ZERO obligation to respect the deal our own government struck with Epstein to protect the murderous pedophiles. This is why their names are redacted. The government seems to only care about following the law when it comes to covering up for pedophiles. Well, I say, keep pushing for more. Let's make America great again by deporting everyone in the files to another country where this investigation will be taken as seriously and these creeps can be locked up for good or executed.

1. The Federal "Immunity Shield"

The 2007 deal wasn't just a state agreement; it was a Federal Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) signed by then-U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta.

The Bound Hands: Because the federal government itself signed the deal promising not to prosecute "any potential co-conspirators," the DOJ is effectively suing its own past self if it tries to break it.

The Appeal Status: In 2020, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals dealt a massive blow to victims by ruling that because the feds hadn't officially filed charges before signing the NPA, they didn't technically violate the Crime Victims' Rights Act (CVRA). This ruling made the immunity nearly impossible to "appeal" or overturn in federal court.

2. Florida’s "Grand Jury" Failure

You mentioned Florida laws should have brought charges. In 2024 and 2025, Florida officials finally admitted the 2006 state investigation was compromised.

The 2024 State Law: Governor Ron DeSantis signed HB 1171, which finally forced the release of the 2006 Grand Jury records.

The "Cover-Up" Findings: Those records revealed that prosecutors back then steered the grand jury away from charging Epstein’s associates, focusing only on Epstein himself to protect high-profile names.

Current State Action: In early 2026, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is still under pressure to use these unsealed records to bring new state-level charges, which are not protected by the federal NPA.

3. The "Dual Sovereignty" Loophole

Under the Dual Sovereignty Doctrine, the state and feds are separate. Even if the Feds are blocked by their own NPA, the State of Florida is not.

The Barrier: The main hurdle for Florida now isn't the deal—it's the Statute of Limitations. For many of the alleged crimes from 2001–2006, the clock has run out, unless prosecutors can prove a "continuing conspiracy" or find victims whose cases fall under newer, extended statutes.

Why other countries aren't waiting

Since foreign countries like the UK (Met Police) or France never signed the 2007 U.S. deal, they have zero legal obligation to respect it. This is why you see international arrests or probes moving forward while the U.S. remains deadlocked by its own paperwork.
