I agree 💯percent. But there are still too many people who are not yet paying attention. (which honestly boggles my mind!)

In addition to all the forms of resistance that you mention in your post, we also need to spend the early part of 2026:

➡️ registering new voters and making sure that everyone who thinks that they are registered actually are registered at the correct address and have the proper forms of ID that will allow them to vote:

* help ensure people have the voter ID they need by supporting and/or volunteering with VoteRiders (voteriders.org)

* Learn how to host an in-person partisan voter registration drive with Field Team 6

* write postcards, phone- and text-bank, and leverage social media to register voters: fieldteam6.org/all-volu…

➡️making sure that disengaged voters realize who is responsible for making their lives more expensive, less healthy, and more dangerous

* use relational organizing to reach out to people you know and who trust you

* participate in programs to do deep canvassing with potentially persuadable voters

* News Boosting postcards with Postcards to Swing States (turnoutpac.org/postcards)

And then later in the year get involved with get-out-the-vote (GOTV efforts including canvassing in person, phone- and text-banking and writing GOTV postcards

That blue wave for which we are all hoping and praying isn't going to happen on its own!!
