Focus on just the next thing?
Easy to say, and think. But to do it? Generally not a hope, I was trained to multi task BUT I reprogrammed that through intention and grounding.
My trick - I like to ‘cross the threshold’ into a higher mind, then begin a focus session on one thing that matters.
