Here is my QUESTION - that I haven’t figured out yet:

The people who teach about how to grow a Substack (or how to grow your online business) with which they have huge traction and make $$$: how did THEY grow their substack in the first place so that they could teach others how to grow their Substack / online business? They cannot have started their Substack business with the biz concept “how to grow….”, when they first have to grow themselves in order to teach that growing.

Can anyone help?
