The lathe is now operational!

Once I installed the centers, I chucked up a piece of scrap and gave it a spin!

I realize the work piece looks terrible. I used it to test things and get the lathe adjusted. I also need to properly sharpen and hone my new gouges. And practice…I haven’t used a lathe in a while…ha!

Now I can get to turning!
