Make money doing the work you believe in

I loved this! Grew up on a farm in southern Ohio with a forest of giant maples and oaks on the 'back forty'. Moved to the Great Lakes State out of school to the land of pines and many different types of conifers. Now living in the Great Pacific Northwest admits the ponderosa pines, spruce of my types, and of course the ever present pines.

When I was young my Dad told me that the roots you see, coming from a really big tree of any kind, where really its toes. At night the trees like that would move around, like an Ent I suppose. I love them all but I especially love the 'Great White Pine talk' in the winter, trees towering almost eighty feet high or more, as the Spirit moves to speak through them.

All have different types of tree talk whose dialect changes with the seasons. The deciduous say one thing with their leaves on, several different types, depending on whether it is spring, summer, fall or winter. Yes, they still talk as the Spirit in the wind instructs them through their bare and sometimes frozen and crackling branches in the deep white death of winter.

Best of all is putting your hand on a tree, a very tall one, perhaps with a diameter of six feet, and be silent, feeling the tree and what it says... they are amongst the most magnificent creatures of Creation, made so by their, and our Creator.

Great 'stuff'!
