The Trader Joe's parking lot is the great equalizer. Doesn't matter if you drive a Porsche or a 2003 Civic. You're both going to sit there for 11 minutes waiting for a spot while someone loads their trunk one item at a time. The parking lot is the price of admission. Is it worth it? Usually. But I've done the math on how much of my life I've spent circling, and I'm choosing not to share that number.
