The TJ's "I forgot to plan dinner" emergency kit. Keep these five things in your freezer at all times: Mandarin Orange Chicken, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings, Kung Pao Chicken, Handeld Chicken Pot Pies. Any one of these is dinner in 15 minutes or less. This is not meal planning. This is having a backup generator for your kitchen.
