What I eat every week stay lean and energetic:

· Steak

· Sushi

· Apples

· Turkey

· Berries

· Pomelos

· Broccoli

· Chicken

· Potatoes

· Olive oil

· Avocado

· Mangoes

· Watermelon

Add in a protein ice cream in there + some other treats and this helps keep me lean and healthy.
