I always look forward to Ms. Gorman’s entries into my mailbox, even when her graceful style, is heavy with with the mournful experiences familiar to over a million Americans.

Elegant writing is no substitute for loss, however with over a million victims, there are another several million that may well benefit from her words. Between sentences, one can feel the loss as if it were our own ,and in this we can remember her gentle description of the most painful experiences. Her truth has millions of co-owners, and I wish Ms. Gorman and the millions of others, peace as possible and the warmest of memories.
