If you’re not sure what your story should be, it should probably be a detective story. Yes, even if the story you are trying to tell is about coming to grips with grief, wrestling with the existence of a loving god, fitting into your community, and, uh, some very chatty sheep.

I adored THE SHEEP DETECTIVES, a surprisingly clever and amusing murder mystery that’s really about divine grace and forgiveness.

This was a real crowd pleaser; both Alyssa Rosenberg & Sonny Bunch agreed that it’s not baaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaad.
