Great article and one many of us need to hear. Men often need a pep talk.

We forget we are meant to go it alone. (I do.) Have heart and stay the course.

And the men who needed the validation before they moved never got far enough to receive it. Self-belief is not arrogance. It is not the absence of doubt. It is the decision to move in spite of the doubt — before anyone has confirmed that the move made sense. The confirmation is a consequence of the conviction. Not the other way around.
