Alongside my ongoing love and fascination for herons, another mysterious creature drew my attention. This is the European Eel. She seems to like keeping her cards close to her chest (close to her… fins?)

It has been a continued pleasure to explore this wonderful being into my art and stories. I am continuing my research into the Eel and her strange ways, and to the relationship between her and Heron.
