Oh no…been fighting my lower back lately too. It’s the worst! But I won’t lie…the market shopping services are game changers for people like me who have ALWAYS hated having to go get groceries. I don’t mind it on occasion, but all the time…nope. :-p Luckily, I joined one that for a one-time fee skips delivery fees. Don’t know if the UK tips drivers too, but that’s the only extra cost for me. Otherwise, the subscription actually gets me discounts I can’t get in store. Hope you feel better soon!
