This is very funny. Makes me think an Indian version of the Korean show Pasta would be over the top hilarious. In the Korean show, the most transgressive thing they did was to serve kimchi as a side with classic pasta. In an Indian version that would probably be the starting line.

This whole thing is since my time. I don’t think I’d ever had pasta in India before coming to the US. I had faux pizza maybe once, on a pre-baked round.

And I don’t think I’ve tried contemporary Indo-Italian on visits since. Maybe I’ll try next trip.
