Yes you touch upon a very good point. The PCR is NOT JUST for viruses... It IS the linchpin of the allopathic medicine fraud for diagnosing LOTS of "diseases" for the sole purpose of administering dangerous chemicals and drugs.

They have started to do it with Bacteria too... even though it is possible to see them with a microscope.. thus they can fabricate "bacterial infections" and as you point out even more scarily with cancer.

If your family member feels well I would reccomend staying well away from anyone with PCR tests amd a fistful of drugs
