I'm terrible at networking.

Reaching out to strangers, selling myself, even inviting people into a conversation I think they might enjoy. I find all of that extremely difficult.

So much so that I’m usually oblivious to opportunities to create connections or set up zoom calls to talk.

The funny part is, once the conversations starts, you can’t get me to shut up lol. I genuinely love permaculture philosophy. I love talking about tending the land and how that experience changes a person.

Passion is not the problem. It’s just hard for me to cross that threshold out of silence. I don’t know if it’s something I need to fix, but I do want to be honest about it. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
