Thank you for the Race Simulation. The adapted version worked great for my recent Sprint-distance preparation.
I may be confusing two entirely different systems. How can I reconcile Jack Daniels' training zones based on race pace and the goal of improving Zone 2 economy/efficiency so the pace is closer to LT2? If I understand correctly, it is possible to get LT1 within 10% of LT2. How should Jack Daniels ' training zones change as one’s Zone 2 improves so that it becomes closer to LT2?
