Aging is inevitable, our collective chronological drip. But something’s happening lately—it’s becoming optional. I’ve done double takes looking at celebrities, some in their 30s, with brow lifts, blephs, deep plane facelifts, and filler on filler. Distinct features blur into copy-paste. These procedures are often meant to ward off the strangers in the mirror, to revert back to a former self. But the goal of restoration easily tips into transformation.
