The screenshots demonstrate why this is unsafe. If you’re reporting someone for hateful conduct, and the person you’re reporting gets your report and name, then you’re open to retaliation. To not disclose this up front to the reporter is a breech of implied confidence.

I can see a case being made for an opt-in checkbox to allow the subject of the report to see your report, but that should be at the discretion of the person filing the report. Someone who’s hateful online can very easily escalate that hatefulness into the real world, and this gives the hate a target.
