~6bn mkt cap company Frontier Communications Parent [FYBR] says they were hacked by a third-party, “likely a cybercrime group, which gained access to, among other information, personally identifiable information.” In the filing, the company noted this cybersecurity breach “resulted in an operational disruption that could be considered material,” but that it’s NOT “reasonably likely to materially impact the Company’s financial condition or results of operations.”
