One day, many years ago, I saw a book my husband was reading called “Breathe.”
I thought that was the dumbest idea for a book I’d ever seen.
I mean… inhale, exhale, repeat. How could there be a whole book about breathing?
Oh, how wrong I was.
Now, many years later, I teach people about the power of the breath. (Oh - the irony.)
The breath is the gateway to reducing stress and anxiety, activating your inner healer, and getting your life force energy flowing.
You’re going to be breathing anyway, so you might as well do it in a way that improves your life.
