I would take it further. There was no leak because there was no alleged virus. Everything you state, stopping protests, locking people down, injecting people with poisonous treatments could all have been done without any real virus. A few people got respiratory illness in Wuhan, a city with air dense with pollution and getting respiratory illness is common. Declare it to be a "novel virus" with made up proof(as shown in the original Fan Wu papers) and everything from that point on is to stop this alleged virus that magically was able to stop at certain borders and move across others. Then develop a PCR test WITHOUT any sample of the alleged virus and say that you are sick whether you are or not because the test says you are. Cases increase exponentially due to the fraudulent testing, leading to more draconian measures to stop the alleged spread. So what were they making in that Wuhan lab? Probably some pretty toxic stuff, but was it something called Covid19? I doubt it. A transfer of wealth occurred along with remolding of societies basically to keep people more under surveillance and under control. No viruses need be present for any of this.
