#23) Welcome to Markstay-Warren, ON. Markstay-Warren is in Northeastern Ontario, in Sudbury District, along Highway 17 between Sudbury and North Bay. Population about 2,708 (2021). It’s a rural municipality formed in 1999 after amalgamating several townships, serving as a gateway to Sudbury East.
