#63) Welcome to Clifford, ON! Clifford, Ontario is a small unincorporated community in the Town of Minto, Wellington County. Found along Highway 9 and near Coon Creek, it had 875 residents in 2021. It’s about 100 km northwest of Kitchener, right in southwestern Ontario’s rural heartland.
