Word of the Day: Consistent

I’m a professional writer. Meaning my primary source of income is from writing, creating, and producing content across multiple mediums.

Writing weekly here on Substack has been so fulfilling. It allows me to exercise that writing muscle on a consistent basis without the pressure of it being “work”.

When I first started writing here with consistency, my mother was my only “like” (and my first paid subscriber). It didn’t matter because I love writing for the sake of it.

Now, because I’m consistent my subscribers and followers have been consistently growing; and, I’m making a couple of coins along the way.

Just a note of encouragement to keep going. Keep building. Keep sharpening your knife (your literary voice). And they will come. But do it because you love it and have something to say.
