it was a lightning fast pure scam/rug pull
whoever did it made around $100 million
the same wallet who sniped a million dollars of TRUMP in the first minute (and later a bunch of MELANIA and JELLYJELLY in the first minute) also sniped LIBRA

if i were looking into what just happened i would start by seeing if it was Justin Sun (because it's usually Justin Sun, but also because of the sniper wallet connection).

Also this isn’t even Milei’s first crypto scam. he promoted another scam CoinX which he claimed would “fight inflation” for Argentinians back in 2021:
