Make money doing the work you believe in

I’m thinking about using this platform with complete transparency.

There’s a part of me that thinks that showing the real process of creating something that is going to change the world needs to be shared and the challenges and the hardships of trying to do the impossible.

What we’re doing with the Cultural Catalyst Network is creating systemic change that is positive, life giving, and exponential by creating a peer network of Legacy level female leaders in position to change culture at scale.

This is undoubtedly my lifework and it is happening however I’m noticing that there’s real anxiety when there’s a gap between the vision and it anchoring in reality.

What we’re doing with CCN is taking three different bodies of research and combining them in a way that’s never been done before. What started as an idea is now gaining roots and traction and it’s hard waiting in the in between.

Patience, my ability to find inner peace, and acknowledge and say hey I’m anxious is real. The path to get here started with the ability and the NEED to develop that skillset first. And that doesnt mean it’s hard and it doesn’t mean it’s not challenging because it is. Changing the world is hard. And it’s not meant to be alone which is why we’re creating what we’re creating.

Together, my hope is that these shared bring real insights into being a cultural catalyst, creating a network of cultural catalysts, inspiring hope and perseverance in those who need it, and being damn straight about the challenges and the triumphs.

I find that alot of tother platforms lack depth and substance but I was directed this way so we’ll see. We’ll see what happens when I share all of me the the growth of the cultural catalyst network in real time.

May it bring us together, may it help us develop resonance, and may it help us share resources and support with each other in these challenging times for those that are focused of designing, building, creating, and imagining whats coming next.
