I just wrote a piece on community and motherhood but it’s largely about how important empathy is. From one doctor to another, it is especially sad to not see connection and love within the medical establishment and it’s largely what led me to functional and alternative medicine. I am hoping things will shift in mainstream medicine as more people come to value truly caring, individualized healthcare.
