Last week I met a girl. We started talking: “I’m tired,” she said, “so many guys waste my time. They ask for attention but it’s just that, no intention behind it”.

Truth is, just as the feed demands our constant attention through countless, useless, micro-interactions, us too are doing the same. Treating other human beings just as the feed treats us.

Intention is all that matters. Why are you talking to that person? Why are you scrolling through that social? Are you just bored?

That's why I asked her for lunch. Let's just stop wasting our time behind a black screen.
