It is called Omoggle. Random webcam pairings, AI face scoring, a public leaderboard. Built on looksmaxxing culture. Claims to be 18+.

A 10-year-old appeared on a major streamer's broadcast within minutes of it going live.

Twitch approved it on 5 May 2026.
