One thing you can do today: enable Family Pairing on TikTok.

It links your account to your child's and gives you control over screen time, restricted mode, direct messages, and content settings, all from your own phone without needing theirs.

Open TikTok > Profile > Menu (top right) > Settings > Family Pairing > Parent. Your child will need to scan a QR code from their device to connect.
