Copyright - protects creative works including software source code. Life of creator plus 70 years.

Trademark - brand identity. Cybercriminals abuse trademarks constantly in phishing campaigns.

Patent - protects inventions. Leaked before filing? Patent rights can be lost permanently.

All 4 show up in the CISSP exam. All 4 have real security implications.
