Writing an article for a major publication (!!) and am reminded that…

Burnout is not always about working 996 or round-the-clock Slack pings.

It’s often much more subtle —

Misalignment.

Misalignment between who you are at your core, what you care about and what your career expects or requires you to be.

Which is why no amount of spa days or self-care will truly fix it.

It’s like a doctor putting a band-aid on something that needs surgery.

To really cure burnout, you have to look a little deeper.
