Ok so this is a very neat idea that I really like and reminded me of something from my neighborhood growing up.

There was a guy, his name was Mr. Buddy, who went around the 3-4 blocks in the area each week with his own trash grabber picked up random trash that had been left around.

I could tell it made everyone in the area less likely to leave trash around and people would occasionally join him for a portion of time when he would get to their block.
