Don't you find its the small wins? Mine today is I managed to make Yorkshire Puddings.

My yorkies have always been shocking. Small, flat pancakes that went straight in the bin. Today I gave them another go and am very, very happy to share the results.

They finish a roast perfectly and I am super happy!!!

Note: I used a Mary Berry recipe - so how could they be anything but wonderful?!
